The Body Tree is a small, community based center devoted to the healing arts of Massage Therapy and Yoga. We believe in and fully support the inherent strength of wisdom of the human body. We believe that feeling good is not something separate from us, but rather works to take down the barriers that cause pain, injury, dis-ease, anxiety and stress in the body and mind. Too often we surrender to these negative patterns; we begin to believe they are part of us. At The Body Tree, we strive to release that belief, to create new, healthy patterns to live a life of well-being.
We offer a variety of massage therapy work, including Deep Tissue, Orthopedic Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pre and Post-natal, Swedish and Integrative work. All sessions are catered specifically to each client, often integrating these various styles. We currently offer yoga classes 3 days a week, but are more than happy to add more classes and days as the demand becomes higher! Classes are available for all levels of experience, even if you have none! We also offer private yoga sessions and Yoga Therapeutic sessions, which is a wonderful way to target and help heal pain and injuries. So come live your life and be well!!
